My most recent involvement first hand with one of these schemes is a company called the No BS Zone. In fact I listed them on my web site when they were in the pre pre-launch stage. It is more complicated than this but basically if you pay a 'membership' of $11.95 per month you will qualify for a commission of $10.00 for every new 'member' you sign up and a % from each member in your downline. The math of course makes this look incredibly attractive and the monthly membership fee of only $11.95 will not scare too many people away.
Here is an over-simplification of my view of such a scheme: If you can get 1,000 people to agree to put $10.00 each, monthly into a collective 'pot', there is obviously $10,000.00 which can be distributed. Right??? So what is wrong with that, you ask.
Simple:.......... the moment ONE person takes so much as ONE PENNY more out of the pot than they put in, someone HAS got to loose that penny. The money comes from no place else! You can dress these schemes up any way you want. You can call them whatever you want to call them BUT they are still a pyramid in one way or another. Someone HAS GOT TO LOSE IF ANYONE IS GOING TO GAIN. The money only comes from members and only flows back to members AFTER the scheme organizer takes his/her cut of course. It is absolutely obvious that someone in the matrix has got to lose some or all of their money. It is that simple. When you see these programs, if you have no concern other than to make money, jump in and hustle as many people as you can. If however, you like to look at yourself in the mirror each day.....................run!!!!!
